Susan Duvall Moore, Senior Vice President, Account Management

Susan Duvall Moore began her career in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Professional Sales Representative with Johnson & Johnson. Over the next 10 years, she advanced to Manager of Sales Administration, Manager of Sales Training, and Product Director for J&J.

In 1997, Susan brought the benefit of her broad pharmaceutical experience to the medical education and sales training side of the pharmaceutical business, joining HealthAnswers in North Wales, PA. There, she served as Director of Project Management and, most recently, as Senior Director of Business Development. In these positions, Susan applied her ability to think strategically and tactically in all pharmaceutical situations, working with diverse clients to design, develop, manage, and implement hundreds of medical education and sales training programs. Her knowledge of the industry, attention to detail, and expert client service skills have earned Susan a reputation as one of the most respected account directors in the medical communications industry.

In February 2004, Susan’s desire to partner and work more closely with pharmaceutical clients led her to the position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Educational Resource Systems. Susan’s highly successful and diverse experience in marketing, medical education, sales training, and project management complement and enhance the range of medical education services provided by the ERS team.
