ERS Team Jill Fenton, Executive Vice President Jill graduated college at the top of her class with a dual major in Military Science and Communications. With 8 years of active duty service in the US Army, Jill brings first-hand understanding of how to train towards a common goal. Jill’s strong military background provided her with critical skills to lead, manage, and provide clear direction. Jill leveraged her unique background to create a successful career within the pharmaceutical industry. Upon leaving the military, Jill worked for Merck for 7 years. At Merck, she had the opportunity to work within sales, field communications, marketing, and training.In 1996, Jill pursued her passion to design and deliver interactive and creative field sales force training by joining HealthAnswers in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. In this capacity, Jill designed over 100 interactive training and communication programs for over 20 pharmaceutical products and 10 companies. In 1999, Jill became Director of Pharmaceutical Learning at Jack Morton Worldwide, NYC, New York. Jill helped to build and lead a growing pharmaceutical practice. She worked with multiple clients to synthesize training and sales messages into live representative-based interactive experiences. She developed 110 training programs for the following clients: AstraZeneca, Aventis, Bayer, BMS, Daiichi, Forest, Janssen, Knoll, Organon, Ortho-McNeil, Ortho-Biotech, Medisense, Merck, Novartis, Reliant, Pfizer, Pharmacia, Sankyo, Sanofi-Synthelabo, and Wyeth. Jill’s success in collaborating with both internal resources and client teams to develop and design interactive training programs led her to Educational Resource Systems, Inc., in June 2002.
