ERS Team Jon Curtis, Senior Vice President Jon has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for nearly 20 years. He spent 15 years at Merck, working in sales, sales management, marketing integration and sales training. He earned top honors at Merck, receiving their coveted Vice President’s Club award for sales, Masters Club Award for sales management, and Vice Presidents Distinguished Service Award for his accomplishments in sales training. After a successful career at Merck, Jon followed his passion for sales training which led him to HealthAnswers Education. Jon spent 3 productive years at HealthAnswers, serving as managing director of their pharmaceutical and biotech sales training business. During his tenure at HealthAnswers he helped expand their client base. He brought innovative training ideas and a focus on quality to HealthAnswers product launch training services. In 2006, Jon joined the ERS team. He brings to ERS a powerful combination: an understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and sales, and experience developing high-quality sales training for new product launches, and ongoing product promotion. This unique combination allows Jon to create training solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders in sales, marketing and sales training, ensuring a positive result for the client.
