ERS Team

Elisa Andreyko, Account Director

Elisa graduated from college with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She continued full-time with her education to complete a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology. Elisa began her career as a therapist, focusing her efforts on working with women in crisis. In this capacity, she implemented training she had developed on posttraumatic stress disorder and college safety to staff and volunteers; other professionals in medicine, criminal justice, and education; and to the community.

Building on her training experience in community health, Elisa accepted a position as a Trainer, and soon became the manager in training for the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME). Her work was initially focused on building what is now the Clinical Skills portion of the US Medical Licensure Exam. She and her team designed, developed, and delivered the training materials to the site exam staff. They audited all testing sites located throughout the country to assure that each of the sites met the high standards of the NBME. She worked directly with committees of physicians in developing all of the test material content; developed exam standards; and led the process of translating these outcomes into examination materials and practices. Because of her success in the area of clinical skills, Elisa was promoted to the Client Services division as the Program Officer, where she managed the accounts of the medical specialty board clients that contract with the NBME for testing services. Elisa oversaw the complex process of designing a state-of-the-art evaluation program, which met or exceeded NMBE expectations.

In January of 2004, Elisa left the NBME to join HealthAnswers Education as a Senior Manager in Training Client Services. Elisa was able to bring together her account management skills and training background to lead her team in developing and executing important training initiatives for their pharmaceutical clients.

Elisa joined ERS in 2006 as Manager of Design and Development. Her unique background and education has prepared her well to collaborate on many types of initiatives with both individuals and groups. She is able to successfully translate her client’s strategic objectives for a new or in-line product into exciting training events.
