Cindy Kunkel, Senior Director, Client Services/Project Management

Cindy joined ERS in 2005 and brought with her over 10 years of pharmaceutical communications experience including sales training, direct-to-consumer, and health care professional education, marketing, and promotion. During her career, Cindy has held key management positions in leading pharmaceutical communications companies including SimStar Digital Media, Princeton, NJ and HealthAnswers, North Wales, PA with roles spanning from Creative Director to Director of Account Management. This diverse background—both creative and strategic in nature—has given Cindy hands-on knowledge of web, DVD/CD-ROM, video, and traditional media development as well as advocacy development, meeting and event management, and live training. Cindy understands the needs of the client and strives to deliver only the highest quality programs.

Cindy has been directly involved with the content development, production and implementation of 28 product launches. In addition, She has managed over 100 interactive training and communication programs including learning modules, selling skills workshops, and initial sales training programs.

Cindy has a decade of proven experience as a project leader. She is a detail-oriented, deadline-driven professional, adept at multi-tasking under pressure and driven by the objectives of her clients.
